One complete foundation

2026-06-28 · 3 min

Walk through the routine of anyone who takes supplementation seriously and you find the same four categories: a joint complex, creatine, a proper multivitamin, and a real dose of magnesium. Four labels that need actual reading — because the expensive lines are exactly where most products cut. A serious joint dose and a serious magnesium dose are precisely the rows most combined products quietly trim.

What consolidation has to mean

Putting four categories into one jar is only honest if nothing got halved along the way. That was the design constraint of Foundation 01 — and the reason the jar carries a 40 g daily dose. You cannot fit 15 g of collagen, 10 g of creatine and full doses of chelated minerals into capsules. It has to be a powder, and the scoop has to be big.

  • 15 000 mg of hydrolyzed collagen — a full joint-complex dose, with glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM
  • 10 000 mg of micronized creatine monohydrate — its own row, no "blend"
  • Magnesium, zinc and copper as bisglycinate chelates — forms a tablet cannot carry
  • Folate, B12 and B2 in active forms — the multivitamin most products aren't

One jar, 30 days, every dose disclosed to the milligram. The four lines on the front of the pack are the four pillars. Stacked on top of each other: the stack.
