Terms & conditions

  • 1 · Operator — STACK s.r.o., Korunní 810/104, 101 00 Praha 10, Czechia (to be completed: company ID, VAT ID, registry).
  • 2 · Ordering — orders are placed through the Stripe checkout; the contract is concluded upon order confirmation.
  • 3 · Price and payment — 2 199 CZK incl. VAT; one-time, or a monthly subscription with no commitment (cancel anytime). Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • 4 · Shipping — currently within the Czech Republic only; shipping priced at checkout, free on subscriptions.
  • 5 · Withdrawal — 14 days from delivery for unopened goods (food supplements are exempt once opened, for hygienic reasons).
  • 6 · Claims — to be completed.
  • 7 · Dispute resolution — Czech Trade Inspection Authority, ODR platform. To be completed.
